BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

How do I book the studio?
You can book Fine Studios online via our booking system. We recommend securing your slot in advance, especially during peak times, to avoid disappointment.

Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, we offer pre-booking studio tours by appointment. If you'd like to see the space and discuss your project, please contact us to arrange a visit.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if notice is given within the required timeframe.

STUDIO FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT

What’s included in my studio hire?
Your hire includes access to our fully equipped studio, lighting, seating, props, changing facilities and private bathroom. We also provide tea, coffee, and refreshments for clients.

Do you provide lighting and equipment?
Yes, your studio hire will come with professional lighting including two soft box lights and a selection of light reflectors as well as ring lights.  We also have a selection of professional photography equipment available such as coloured backdrops and textured photography boards for product photography.  

Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, and other equipment. If you require additional assistance with setup, our team is happy to help.

Is there a makeup and dressing area?
Yes, we provide a dedicated makeup and changing area with professional lighting and mirrors to ensure your team has the perfect setup.

STUDIO USAGE & HOUSE RULES

Can I bring my own creative team?
Yes, you can bring your own photographers, stylists, models, and creative professionals. If you need additional team members, we can connect you with our trusted network of industry experts.

Can I play music in the studio?
Yes, you can play music during your session. We have a speaker system available for use. However, please be mindful of noise levels.

What if we need extra time during our session?
If you require additional time, please inform us as soon as possible. Overtime is charged at an hourly rate of £60 and is subject to availability.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?Food and drinks are permitted, but we kindly ask that you keep the space clean and use designated areas for eating. Spills or damages may result in additional cleaning fees.

LOGISTICS & ACCESSIBILITY

Is parking available?
Yes, we have free on-site parking, and additional nearby parking options are available. We can provide recommendations if needed. 

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately our studio is not fully accessible as we are on the first floor of an old Mill.

Do you offer assistance with set design?
Yes! We can provide props, backdrops, and set design assistance. Let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to help.

What happens if something is damaged during my session?
Any damages to studio equipment, props, or facilities will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the booking client.

Can I bring pets to the studio?
Pets only to be on set if part of a shoot, however prior approval is required. Please ensure they are well-behaved and that you clean up after them.
