• All bookings must be made in advance through our online system or by contacting the studio directly.
• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if rescheduled within our required notice period.
• Total amount to be paid upon studio booking.
• Overtime will be charged at an hourly rate and must be paid before departure.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice and is subject to availability.
• No-shows will not receive a refund on their booking except the full deposit amount. 

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all members of their team adhere to our studio guidelines.
• The studio must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy.
• No illegal activities, smoking, or drug use are permitted within the studio premises.
• Any damages to studio equipment, furniture, or props will be charged to the booking client.

• All equipment must be used with care. Any loss or damage will be charged accordingly.
• Clients are welcome to bring their own equipment; however, we are not responsible for any personal items left behind.
• If you require specific backdrops or props, please request these in advance to ensure availability.

• Clients are responsible for the safety and well-being of their team and models during the booking.
• Any hazardous activities must be approved in advance and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Fire exits must remain clear at all times. In case of an emergency, please follow evacuation procedures.

• Clients retain full rights to their content created during their session.
• Fine Studios reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out.

• Fine Studios is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your booking.
• Clients are advised to have their own insurance for equipment, liability, and accidents.

• Late departures will incur overtime fees.
• Excessive mess or damages will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
